Sports Community

Sports Community provide training and knowledge, both in person and online, to clubs and their volunteers. We also offer consulting services to peak sporting bodies and local councils. Our small team mostly operates out of a small office in Mornington, Victoria, Australia. This hasn’t held us back – we have worked with people from all over Australia – from Exmouth in WA, to inner-city Sydney, coastal Victoria to the deserts of Alice Springs.

Play by the Rules

Play by the Rules provides information, resources, tools and free online training to increase the capacity and capability of administrators, coaches, officials, players, parents and spectators to assist them in preventing and dealing with discrimination, harassment, child safety, inclusion and integrity issues in sport.

Game plan

Active Queenslanders Industry Alliance is the service delivery arm of the peak bodies for fitness, sport and active recreation in Queensland. We exist to make it easier for community-level organisations and clubs to operate in their local communities and to support their workforce (paid or volunteer), because a strong and vibrant fitness, sport and recreation industry is important for Queenslanders’ health, quality of life and social connections.

QSport's mission is to enhance the development of sport in Queensland by working to promote and sustain interest in the development of organised sport in the State. Find resources, publications and information about a variety topics, all of which are free to access.

Proud to Play

Proud 2 Play focuses on increasing LGBTIQ+ engagement in sport, exercise and active recreation. To do this, we work with all levels of the sporting community, from individual participants and grassroots communities, to state and national sporting organisations. We seek to encourage LGBTIQ+ people (as well as their allies, friends and families) to participate and engage in sport and exercise by providing structured opportunities and pathways for them to do so. Engagement is not limited to just actively participating in sport; the physical, mental and social benefits of sport should be experienced by active participants, volunteers, coaches and officials.
